Reality MagiQ Inc. is based in the Republic of Korea. As a Korean-headquartered company, Reality MagiQ Inc. is required to comply with applicable Korean privacy and data protection laws, regulations and guidelines. This Privacy Policy provides important information about how Reality MagiQ Inc.(“Reality MagiQ,” “we” or “us”) collect information about users of Reality MagiQ’ applications (the “Services”), as well as how we use and disclose such information.

As noted below and depending upon your particular use of the Services, we collect information from you, from third parties, and automatically through your use of our Services, some of which is required and some of which is optional. Registration & Profile Information. To use the Services, we may require you to register, by providing your email address and/or contact information, by creating an account directly with Reality MagiQ, or by logging in through a third party account (“Third Party Account”); when you do so, Reality MagiQ collects the following required personal information:
Meta : When you log in through a Meta account we collect your public profile (nickname) The personal information we collect when you login via a Third Party Account may depend on your privacy settings for that Third Party Account

we don’t control how such third parties collect, use and share your personal information.

Age: For age verification purposes, we may collect date of birth from users before we permit them to use the Services.

Purchases: If you make a purchase within the Services through the relevant store, we may collect and maintain your purchase history and details however, we do not receive your credit card number.

Device Identifiers. We may collect IP information, unique device identifier, device ID,advertising ID, application ID or other identifiers

05. AGE LIMITS

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 16 (or the age otherwise defined under applicable law) or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services.
If you are under 16, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data.
If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 16, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.

06. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused game accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data.
Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security Safeguards.
In order to help ensure a secure and safe player experience, we are continuously developing and implementing administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration.

Data retention.

Right of Erasure: You have the right to request that we delete the PI we have collected or retained about you in some circumstances as defined by law.
In some cases, your choices to provide, change or delete information may affect our ability to deliver our Services, or your user experience.
We may decline to process requests which are not otherwise required by applicable law.
You have the right not to be unlawfully discriminated against because you have exercised these rights.

If a user requests the revision of personal information, the user’s information is not to be used or provided until the revision is completed to ensure the use and provision of accurate personal information.
If such information has already been provided to any third party, the recipient will be immediately notified of the change so that the information will be revised.
Reality MagiQ understands the special need to protect the online privacy of minors under the age of 16 (or the age otherwise defined under applicable law), (hereinafter “Children) who are may citizens, and does not intentionally collect the personal information of the Children. 09. International Data Transfer

Information we collect may be transferred to countries outside your home country for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
You understand that these countries, including Korea, Japan, and the United States, may not provide the same level of data privacy protection as the European Union/European Economic Area or your home country, and you hereby expressly consent to the transfer of your information to these countries for processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy. These transfers are essential to the provision of our Services and performance of the Terms of Service.
